It's 6 degrees here (windchill of -13) and dropping. It was 25 degrees just a few hours ago when I went out to clear the overnight round of snow.

I think it got down to -11 with wind chills if close to -50. High for today is 0. Yesterday it dropped from 50 to 0 in two hours.

I'm trying to train myself to spot Celsius Temps on sight. So I've changed my weather app a couple days ago to Celsius. It's 6 now.

Temperature is above freezing with some sleet-ish rain. Wind arriving tonight, flash freezing around noon Friday according to the sources.

Okay... right now, the Weather Channel tells me that it's -40 with wind chill. Or if you prefer Celsius, that's -40.

Cold enough that the dogs don't even want to bark at the squirrel. Basically arctic.

My skinny little eight pound dog is actually crippled by the cold. She has only peed once in the last 24 hours. We've laid down a couple pads for her in the kitchen, but she won't go inside. Poor pup.

Rain turned in seconds to a blinding squall. Wife returned to car after hour appointment to find car iced up.

Yet the deep cold has yet to hit (coming soon). We still have Dallas weather.
