Star Wars!
"What are you going to do?"
"I'm going to roll an 8."
"I'm going to roll an 8."

SW:TFA
I know it was an awesome movie. And my attraction to the original Star Wars is more emotional/sentimental than it is with the quality of the cinematography or story, necessarily. But c'mon, 7 year old me will never forget the summer and fall of 1977, sharing Star Wars trading cards on the school playground with my friends, seeing that something nerdy could also be cool! That movie played a huge role in helping make me the nerd I am today! It is responsible for the rest of the movies even existing! For those reasons, the original is my favorite, and I'll vote for TFA to depart the island. I know it's probably a losing vote, but WTF, I'm standing by my principals.

I'm with Pete. I'm ALSO despondent over the fact that people who all love Star Wars films somehow don't love them all in the same amounts.

1. The Force Awakens (Chap 7)
2. Star Wars (Chap 1)
3. The Empire Strikes Back (Chap 5)
4. Rogue One
5. Return of the Jedi (Chap 6)
6. Revenge of the Sith (Chap 3)
7. The Phantom Menace (Chap 1)
8. Attack of the Clones (Chap 2)
I honestly don't care what order the prequels go in. I didn't vote in the first round, but I think this is where I would have put them. But the top 5 are exactly how I voted. I completely agree.

I suppose I need to finally watch TFA...

Anywho, au revoir Star Wars! Thanks for voting! I was entertained!
This post goes against my rule that never more than 50% of sentences should have an exclamation point, but we live in crazy world now!
