Random Avatar Program

So now that we're on the new boards, will we get another random avatar program started? We've been with the latest theme on the old boards for quite awhile.
Wash: "This is gonna get pretty interesting."
Mal: "Define interesting."
Wash: "Oh, God, oh, God, we're all gonna die?"

On a similar note, can you up the file size for uploaded avatars? Right now it is at the default 6kb which is pretty tiny.

EDIT -- I figured it out.

Maybe I'm just missing something, but where do I upload an avatar? Or do I have to make a certain number of posts first?
