Insomnia. If you wake up in the middle of the night for an hour or more, just get up and do stuff without waking anyone else. You’ll be tired towards the end of the day, but you’ll be productive.

Temper. You can choose not be angry after a couple minutes of calming yourself after a triggering event. It is always the better choice.

Pooping. Use Metamucil and drink lots of water. Pooping is natural and healthy. It should be celebrated.

Driving. Let people cut in front of you in traffic. If someone is going slow in front of you, that's okay. Angry driving is irrational and should always be avoided.
