The dog steals french fry bit just happened here this week, except it was a shrimp burrito and it went skittering all over the kitchen floor when he was surprised halfway through the deed.

I will! I got my coals ready and I’ll be putting the brisket in the offset smoker in about 30 minutes. It will be a good day indeed! Hope yours is as good- and I hope your son is recovering nicely.

Good morning, indeed! Hope you enjoy(ed) the brisket! My son is recovering pretty well. Last night was his first night alone in his apartment, without my wife there to help him. We'll find out in a little bit how things went. But the recovery seems to be going as well as it can be hoped for.
