Good morning! Getting a new water heater today. The old one is from 1985, and has been in the house since we bought it almost 18 years ago. The new one is a tankless water heater, so no more cold showers just because the wife and kids got there first! Next on tap is to replace the A/C, which is also original to when we bought the house and is from the 1990s. That's getting replaced in April.

One of the nice things about rebuilding from the flood is that we’re replacing our 40 gallon water heater with an 80 gallon, and our 14 year old HVAC is being replaced with a new one that’s twice as big as the old one.
