Hey, I'm all for having an open dialog between the US and Russia, the two powers responsible for over 90% of the world's nuclear weapons. I don't think Russia's election hacking was on par with Pearl Harbor or 9/11, and I do understand that the US has done similar things to other countries in the past, including Russia itself. But when asked point blank by a reporter whether he believes his own intelligence community's assessment regarding Russian election hacking, or Putin's strong denial, to say you have no reason to believe Russia did it is ridiculous.
