8. We have to strengthen our team-play options. In a 2 or 3 player game, I'm really into the idea of each God having two Heroes.
I also like having shared goals for a competitive co-op style.
I think we just need to have a lot of variants. We'll have one or two basic "default" styles, but then a list of different ways to play.

Incidentally, there are permanent blessings, too, I think it was just luck that you didn't draw any of them.

Re: Playtest Tomorrow?
Curious what you thought of shoving away heroes with godball. Especially as Circe pushed Achilles towards the goal, knowing that she can get ball back soon?
Heracles. Fists. Pantheon.

Not a move I would have picked, but it paid off.
There was nothing you could to do to stop me at that point, so you might as well. But my instinct still would have been to make it as costly as possible for my opponent (which probably would have cost me the chance at my own goal.)

Re: Playtest Tomorrow?
So if we put Move on the board. It becomes a Hero Action. We give it a cost of 0 HP and...tah dah! Oh wait... Standing Still gives you 1 HP. Move gets an /or/?

Re: Playtest Tomorrow?
But I thought that since we bumped Rest up to 2HP, we had eliminated Stand Still.
Originally both had been +1HP.

Re: Playtest Tomorrow?
I don't think that had been changed? Had I made a mistake on the board? I know you played a blessing that got you 3 HP at one point.

Re: Playtest Tomorrow?
The two options I've had in my head:
1. If you don't take any hero action other than Move (which is free) then you can Rest for +2HP. Note that in this case, you can choose to Move or not and it makes no difference.
2. If you Rest (as above), you gain 1HP. If you choose not Move, you Stand Still for +1HP. If you do both, it is +2HP total.
As modifiers to those:
1a. If you don't spend HP on any hero actions this turn, you may Rest for +2HP. So you can Move and still rest but only if there is no hex cost for the move. If you have a blessing that allows you to take a 0HP action, you may do this and still Rest.
2a. In this scenario, Sprint can be included in the Move/Stand Still side of the equation OR with the Action/Rest portion.
Of all of these, I lean to 1a. For now.
