Aidan and I are here. Ask us anything! Also, name a movie that you enjoy that you think most other people did not.

I legitimately enjoyed Suicide Squad. I acknowledge its flaws. I acknowledge it's disjointed story. But for some reason, I still had a great time the THREE times I've seen it. It's not a great movie, but it's not as god-awful as everyone says.

On the flip side- I did not enjoy Rogue One as much as everyone else did. It was fine. It suffered from almost all the same problems as Suicide Squad (terrible re-edits, disjointed story, incoherence of plot, terrible character development) but people will forgive a Star Wars movie for any sin. Again, I thought the movie was fine-- not quite as enjoyable as Suicide Squad (because of the characters)-- but generally just good. I'm irritated by everyone talking about how f'ing amazing it is. Gross.

So question for both of you-- what movie have you not liked, and you don't understand why everyone universally loves it? (cough, cough, Moulan Rouge.)

Question for Aidan- understanding that I've seen most horror movies, what's a hidden gem that you'd recommend? Something most people haven't heard of. Give me a couple of suggestions (because I might have seen them) and I'll watch them and let you know what I think.
