I rolled 130 points of damage last night! And I forgot a couple of dice, so I shorted myself 1d4+2d6. Whoops.

It was glorious. Two-weapon fighter scoring five hits in a single round with two of them being critical hits.

Grand total could have been anywhere from 101 to 172 points damage. Average 136. Friggin solid!

All to kill a giant mustard jelly. It was gross.

Marveling over appearance, taste, and nutritional suitability of an orange, my son shouts, IT'S BECAUSE OF GOD!!! So maybe slacking on his religious education is having an unintended opposite effect, much like taking oldest kid to Sunday school religiously, as it were, produced a hardened atheist.

So the cat had severe jaundice, which means that it ate something and it’s liver is failing- which is apparently not uncommon in cats. But they put him on an antibiotic and a steroid, which made the cat feel much better: he’s eating, is much stronger- acts more normal. But the vet was clear that this is likely just an illusion of the steroid. There’s still a 90% chance he’ll die when his body acclimates to the steroid. But there’s a chance that this is just enough of a window to let his liver recover.

The nice part is to have brought the cat home for a few days for all the kids to love on it, knowing that he’s probably not going to make it.

Sure would be cool if this touching and shockingly sincere post (especially for me) could win this thread.
