I believe I am able to move far enough to catch up to Zoe? If I am, I also try and take the ring from her. I won't kill her, because for some silly reason it doesn't feel right.

Screaming at the top of her lungs, in a high-pitched wail that seems it will burst their eardrums, Zoe screeches, "Give me back my ring! Give me back my ring!"

Swinging her American girl doll with all her might, Zoe attacks Brandon.

All demons (at least those able to move, and in order from 1 to 5 followed by the demon lord) will take the shortest possible route to Zoe's location in the basement and will come to her aid, by attacking in order: Longfellow, Brandon, then Madame Zostra.

"Zoe, this is all your fault! Ooh, I'm going to give you such a pinch! Come on, Jeffery!"

Heather attacks Zoe. Then she leaves the room, heads towards the room with all the doors and goes out the north door. If the revealed room does not have a dumbwaiter or stairs, she uses the photograph to try again.

[At home, I could see all the maps, now I can't see the basement. Oh, but everything else if fine... Just not the one I need. That's why my directions are a bit vague, based on memory.]

[I figure it's either stun a demon or try to finish off Zoe. Then people with useful items can do stuff easier.]

Heather, there are currently 2 doors out of this room, to the west and the east. The basement landing (with all the doors) is one room north, and one room east. You will have to run past 2 demons. Is this the room you want to go to, or do you want to duck out of this one?

Thanks for the correction - I can see the map now. Didn't realize that we were so rich in doors right where we are, so no need to run past demons to get to the landing.

Heather heads east. She'll use the photograph if no door or dumbwaiter is revealed.
