[MQT] Elite 8 Match 4

Here's how the tournament will work. For the round of the Elite 8, there will be only two movies in a match (4 groups total). I will roll out four matches for voting at a time, and leave them open for half a week or so.

The community will vote by posting for the movie quote that they think is the best. I will leave voting open for a few days. When voting closes, the thread will be locked and the winning movie will move on. In the event of a tie, I will break the tie.

The movie quotes:
They Live- "I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass...and I'm all out of bubblegum." John Nada
Cool Hand Luke- "What we've got here is failure to communicate." Captain

Agreed, tough one, and prefer Cool Hand Luke the film to They Live. But, one quote is more useful outside its film, and that's:
