Assume for these questions, that you have the ability to shape shift into the form of any animal (extinct or still existing). When you are in the shape of the animal, you are genetically that animal, but you retain your own cognitive abilities and can change back (or to another animal) whenever you want. With that understanding:

(1) if you turn into a horse and have sex with a human, is that bestiality for either of you?

(2) if you turn into a horse and have sex with a horse, is that bestiality for you?

(3) Same two scenarios as above, but you turn into a chimp?

(4) Same as scenarios 1 and 2, but you turn into a neanderthal?

Okay, no forget the shapeshifting for a second and just answer this question:

(5) if a centaur has sex with a horse or a human, are those considered bestiality? Can they only have sex with other centaurs?

Horse yes. Human no.

Answering all of these questions is a matter of defining bestiality, and the line for me is that if you have a consciousness roughly equivalent to humans (and I believe Neanderthals do, but chimps don't... but that's up for debate), then what two consenting adults do is completely up to them.

An animal may readily engage in sex for whatever reasons, but they cannot give informed consent in the same way that a conscious human can. If you are somehow in the form of that animal and engage in sex with it in that form, then you can debate whether such an act is right or wrong, but I think it IS bestiality.

Bestiality for the human part of this question. The horse with the human brain is just acting out his inner imuplses, cant say the same for the human

Wait...by turning into the horse is my brain only capable of horse thoughts? or do I remain Mimekiller even in horse form? if that's the case than yes, it is bestiality, if I'm just a normal stupid horse(all horses are stupid, little known fact) than I guess it's not

My thoughts are the same be they chimp or be they horse

I think Neanderthals are similar enough to humans to not classify sex with one as a act of bestiality

I'm going to say that even being half human and a human will and intellect is enough to make the act of sex not bestiality. But they have to be at least half human. EXAMPLE:Sex with Mr.Ed is bestiality but sex with Mr.Ed if he had a human top half isn't
