My gut was telling me 'minesweeper' on this one. But that's not it. I saw too many complicated patterns to see a simpler one. I also saw shapes in the numbers that kept throwing me for a loop when I tried to look at other things.

I thought of minesweeper, and then I thought of elevations. Those both hurt my head. I remember when I first looked at it, I found some repeating pattern- maybe in the diagonal- but now I can't retrace my steps.
