Questions about Fly:

I haven't been paying attention to the others when they're flying (because I'm bitter and resentful). I assume we're using the "Must take at least half movement or make a Fly check" limitation?

Also, does flying with my wings have a Run speed? The Fly spell specifically states that it does NOT include a Run speed, but I'm assuming that other means of flying do, unless stated otherwise. I ask because without a Run speed, my wings would make me faster than most opponents IN combat, but then if they flee, no Run speed means I can't catch them unless I go on foot. (Not that Dothan is chasing anyone, but it's the principle of the thing.)

Since I'm going to be wearing a belt to increase my strength... Is it possible to modify my composite short bow to be a +2 strength bow? (I have supplies sufficient for a masterwork longbow that I bought a while back... might I be able to add fortification to my bow to get more draw out of it? Or do I need to build a new one?)
