Kyle loves Steve Harvey.

Ever since Kyle was little, he's wanted a Tom Selleck mustache. More than anything, he wanted to BE Magnum P.I. From the moment his facial hair start coming in, he groomed it and waxed it and nourished it, hoping one day to sport a luxuriant lip pelt just like his hero. This all changed one fateful day in August of 2000. At the Regal New Town Cinema, Kyle discovered the mustache to rule all mustaches while watching Steve Harvey MC The Kings of Comedy, and his life was forever changed.

Of course, no mustache will ever rival the original, but Kyle keeps on trying. Even going so far as to keep a poster of Steve Harvey on the ceiling over his bed for inspiration, much to his wife's chagrin.

Good morning. Slept in a bit this morning. Vacation was fun. Got to go hiking on and drive around Mt. Rainier, had family pictures taken in a gorgeous location, got to the wild beaches of the Pacific Northwest coast, walked around downtown Seattle. And did very little work while gone. It was a much-needed break, the first vacation I've had in 3 years.
