Speaking of chickens, there's a thing going around where you perch your chicken cavity on the foil-covered central spire of a Bundt pan, and fill the Bundt pan with your veggies, which the chicken juices will drip into during baking. I plan to try it this weekend but worry my ovens are too short.

It's a variation on that beer can chicken thing, right? I find the beer is better as a basic cooking broth for roast beasts.

Once I said it, I realized how cool it would be to own a chicken named Lola. It's a great chicken name.

Now I want to see that movie trailer with a giant chicken instead of a woman.

Wow, Mike, I'm sorry you're having a rough morning. Do you want to talk about it?

I thought he was camping? Jealous.

[Mike]

Yeah. Just exhausted. Back from vacation. Late night gaming (worth it). Work the next day. Straight from work to campout. Sleeping for 6 hours on a crappy cot. Now home.

It's all of my own making, but I'm tired. I'm taking a nap now.

Surf ninjas. Today I saw surf ninjas.

They call that one crazy elf.

I'm usually more the thrower then the smacked when it comes to balls being lobbed. In college I've had a football slip from my hand and slam a girl walking by in her face. She was in tears as her friends consoled her to her building. I will always feel guilty for that. Wasn't the only time that's happened. So much so I once had a dream I was skipping rocks and one swerved backwards and hit someone giving them a concussion. I assume that subconscious lesson was: "you can never be happy, because skipping rocks is my happy place."
