Better than that... try to commit to only posting here when it's been more than 12 hours... or 15... or even 20. Wherever your tolerance for risk is.

Of course there are other obsessives here who will never wait that long, so you might go almost a month before you get a chance to post. And that's where the challenge comes in, because you still have to check in multiple times per day without posting, and eventually we all get complacent about it.
