What a night it has been for the losers bracket! Everyone fighting to stay in! Scrapping tooth and nail to keep themselves alive in this... the most glorious and respected tournament of the most glorious and respected game! And for the first time in this tournament, we have a rematch: The Janken King vs. Zbungrub's Revenge! You'll remember that the Janken King soundly beat Zbungrub's Revenge when he threw Paper to Zbungrub's Revenge's Rock.

As our fans are well aware, the Janken King had filed an official complaint of cheating and malfeasance against Papyrus for rusting him over with a bucket of water in the last round. The World RPS Congress met last night in emergency session to determine what steps could be taken. Unfortunately, the use of water as a distraction is not specifically listed as cheating or interference in the World RPS Congress' rules-- especially considering that we've never had a metal competitor before. However, on a going forward basis, the governing committee has decided that all future tournaments will prohibit the use of water either on or around a competitor. I'm sure that's little solace for the Janken King, as he enters the ring to the fervid chants of his fans!

And here comes Zbungrub's Revenge, having shed his false facade of frailty and feebleness! No sir, he is bounding down the aisle and jumping spryly into the ring! Knowing that this is his last tournament, it is clear that Zbungrub's Revenge was willing to pull out all the stops and do whatever was necessary to win this tournament! I wonder what he has in store tonight for the merciless mechanical man?

Competitors, please proceed to the center of the ring and give the ceremonial wink. Then... LET'S THROW FINGERS!
