Victory for the comma!!!! (And the delivery drivers! YAY! Really, if you are working OVERTIME as a DRIVER you should get paid overtime no matter WHAT you are delivering! Frankly, that law sucks balls anyway! Why the hell can't people get paid overtime who work in food packaging?)

My guess is that they have industries like lobster and other fisheries that operate on pretty tight margins with seasonal spikes. But then, labor is labor.
