Most of them are pictures based on the story of Jael, or Yael, from the Bible (Old Testament Book of Judges). Sisera was a Canaanite general who fled after losing a battle against the Jews. He arrived at the camp of a Kenite, whose wife, Jael, invited him into her tent. He was exhausted and fell asleep, at which point Jael kills him by driving a tent peg into his head. You know, another one of those lovely, Old Testament Bible stories to tell the kids around the evening camp fire.
Wash: "This is gonna get pretty interesting."

Wash: "Oh, God, oh, God, we're all gonna die?"

I feel it must have been a medical intervention gone awry. Dementia is setting in, the spelling of awry looks awry to me.

Yes, when I first saw them, I wasn't sure if it was a shot of a woman surgeon performing a trepanation, or murdering someone. Turned out to be the latter.

I kinda like his look, honestly. A bit silly but he's on to something there. Also please tell your kindred spirit wife I am taking a knitting class soon, assuming I leave my bed again. The body of the ox is rebelling against its neglect by taking on viruses.
