2017 Movies you are most excited for

Mine, in alphabetical order:

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 - GoG was the best of the MCU films. I'm super-excited for the follow up.

Kingsman: The Golden Circle - I really enjoyed the first one, but more than that, my two oldest sons thought it was one of the greatest films ever. I can't wait to see it, simply because I'm going to go see it with them, and we're gonna have a great time.

The Lego Batman Movie - This just looks really really funny. LEGO has license to use SOOOOOO much stuff. They can make this really fun.

Star Wars: Episode VIII - No shame. I loved Force Awakens, and I'm looking forward to more of that world.

Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri -- From the writer/director of In Bruges and Seven Psychopaths, this one's got Sam Rockwell, Peter Dinklage, and Woody Harrelson. This may be my most anticipated movie of the year.

Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets -- Luc Besson is giving me a super-high-budget Fifth Element on crack. The trailers are making me wet myself. This is exactly my jam.

War for the Planet of the Apes -- With Dawn and Rise, how can I not be excited about this? They have yet to make a misstep here. Andy Serkis is back, of course, but also Judy Greer and Steve Zahn (both of whom I love in anything), and Woody Harrelson again.

I love Luc Besson! We should try to find a theater in Indianapolis and see it during Gen Con!

I would love that. I'll tell you that the way things work at GenCon, it probably can't happen. Best laid plans and all. But I would have so much fun doing that.

Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets - I hope its everything the trailer promises. I'll be down to see it as soon as I can.

KONG: Skull Island looks great. Viet Nam era weapons up against giant monsters is awesome. Also Samuel L Jackson and John Goodman in what look like great roles.
