For some reason, the paperback and kindle pages aren't communicating with each other right now, but according to the Kindle Direct publishing site they should be within 48 hours of when the paperback version went live, which was last night, so hopefully sometime before Wednesday one page will show both versions as the same book... For now, they appear to be separate... The price is a bit higher for the paperback... (but not my cut... lol)
