Dave's too out of it to get in here and advocate for himself, but I want to put Illian's swords on at the top of Anna's priority list.
Upgrading both of them from +1 to +1 Agile blades would cost a grand total of 6,000gp in materials. Then Anna would need 12 days to make it happen. Although I suspect that Anna's Spellcraft is easily high enough that she can take the penalty on the roll and cut that time in half to just 6 days.
