Presidential President Names (Complete)

Guess what presidents have the most and least presidential names. (h/t Tahlvin)

How ranking is tabulated:
First Name ranking at birth or 1880 (0-20 presidentialness, weighted) (US Census)
Examples: 1st = 20 presidentialness, 100th = 10, below 999th = 0), 1880 is the earliest the census kept track of names.
Last Name ranking in 2000 (0-20 presidentialness, weighted) (US Census)
First Name ranking among Presidents (0-20 presidentialness)
Last Name ranking among Presidents (0-10 presidentialness)
Time in office Points (2 presidentialness per year in office)
Seniority (out of 22 presidentialness)

Not positive what we're guessing here, but I'll guess John Adams, because there have been two of them, and there have been several "Johns" as president.
