Mike, just a heads up, I had picked Salena Gomez and Whitey Bulger back in early January to finish up my list. Not that it will matter since both are hail marys.

5 point bonus for 2nd death. 10 or bonus for third. Etc

It's to balance things and make playing a full roster of centenarians a viable strategy.

This is the most competitive game we've had in many years-- maybe ever (with the exception of the Farrah Fawcett year).

No kidding. Seven people on the board who are all just one death from the lead (as Nadia just showed), and the rest of us who could be right up there with just one or two hits.

So currently, Nadia is in the lead. But for Bluedevyl, Kyle, Zen, and Yancey, any death on their list puts them in the lead. Zombie, DMDarcs, and Mike each need a death that's not too old, and all of them have 5-7 viable candidates on their lists. Everyone else... just one or two... still super-competitive.

Tobe Hooper died. I din't expect anyone to have him (no one did), but it makes me sad. As a horror buff, I didn't like his movies-- I'm not a fan of the original Texas Chainsaw. But he was still legendary. He created one of only four truly iconic horror villains, and it was greatly influential. So while I'm not a fan of his work- I'm a huge fan of what he influenced and inspired.

Rollie Massimino died today at 82. If I'd realized that he was still alive during the draft, I might have taken him.
