Here's how the tournament will work. For the round of the Sweet 16, there will be only two movies in a match (8 groups total). I will roll out four matches for voting at a time, and leave them open for half a week or so.
The community will vote by posting for the movie quote that they think is the best. I will leave voting open for a few days. When voting closes, the thread will be locked and the winning movie will move on. In the event of a tie, I will break the tie.
