Nope. I was in the Civil Air Patrol (an Air Force auxiliary) from about 12-18. I was a finalist to go to the Air Force Academy, and had an ROTC scholarship that I never actually used. But I was diagnosed with adult-onset asthma in college, which barred me from serving.

Nope. Grew up an Air Force brat. My dad retired as a Colonel.
All I know is my food tastes better when I take my food-tastes-better pill.

I'd be pretty surprised to see more than a handful. Even stretching back through the Animalball/Bulldrek days, we came in pretty low on that number. Off the top of my head: SeriousPaul, beachhead (you're damn old, if you remember that name), Laws...I feel like I'm missing another one in there. I can't remember if UncleJoseph served before his LEO career. Maybe Raygun?

Joe didn't serve I don't think. I miss him, from llamas to aeroplanes, he was neat. Ray also never served.
Andy(Paladin) served/serves. MacSwift on Deep Resonance was, if I remember correctly, former bundeswehr who joined the US army and became an officer. There's... laws. I can't remember his old handle, but he comes from Animalball, i think. He's airforce.
I served in a confederate renactment group once. We mostly skipped the reneacting, smoked handrolled cigarettes and drank corn whiskey in the woods. Very period.

No, Draft replaced by registration soon before my 18th. Long haired proto-criminal delinquent smartass - really of no use to anyone at the time. This after as a preteen, because of a neighbor, I had wanted to be a Green Beret, in the worst way, until I realized how bad I was at following orders, in an existential crisis kind of way.
