Dog Leash

Does anyone have a recommendation for a difficult-to-destroy dog leash? Cost is no object. Right now I'm at "buy cheapest leash available because it will be destroyed in due time anyway". I would invest in one I felt confident was harder to ruin. My dog is insane and, as can be expected, reaches a kind of peak insanity as the work-week progresses, gets back to sane by Sunday afternoon, and then makes the steady descent into leash-eating again. He has had three walks today and flushed out three small animals, so it's not like the little squirrel-hunter is bored.*
However, I might add he is the cutest dog on earth. Dang it, I came to an insight recently that he looks like a doggy version of King Julien. His little butt/leg area is exactly like a ringtailed lemur's.
*Sorry, four walks. I forgot the earliest one, probably as I was in a haze at the time.
