Who turned down roles in the Lord of the Rings Trilogy?

This YouTube video is quite interesting. It details several big-name actors and actresses who for one reason or another. Some serious bullets dodged in my opinion... Not very many of them would have been improvements. [It's kind of annoying... brings up ads you have to skip a couple of times in the middle of the video...]
