If you haven't seen the thread already, my brother Kyle and his family have . Despite being fully insured, they will likely not be able to rebuild and will still owe money on a mortgage for a home that no longer exists.
I know many people want to help, and some already have. Thank you to all of you!
Right now, money will help more than anything else. Insurance doesn't cover living expenses during this long transition. A friend of theirs set up a Facebook Fundraiser for them if you would like to help:
If anyone would like to send cash directly to Kyle, I also have his PayPal and Venmo info.
If you are interested in sending/providing material goods, please message Amanda Atwood Preece on Facebook. She is coordinating efforts and can tell you what people need and how to best get it to them.

Got it, thanks!!
Re: Help the Texas Jones Family
The fundraiser is closed. Thanks so much to everyone that contributed, it is much needed and appreciated even more. My family has been overwhelmed by the generosity of all of our friends and family (the same thing to us) and even strangers who just heard our story and wanted to help out. Just tonight I'm meeting a friend of a friend who's driving an hour out of her way after work to deliver a hutch, futon and other furniture because she just wanted to help. It really is overwhelming and SO amazing.
Thanks to everyone. You're the community that I love and need. You're the best.
