Who is Lurking in there?

What character is lurking within that you've always wanted to use in a campaign or get on paper, but haven't had the chance yet? I've never played an older woman and want to have a granny with surprise powers. You know, she seems harmless, but... ! Also a pirate who has done a lot of wicked but gave it up because he had moral difficulty. Now a bit lost, and wondering what he could do to provide meaning. Maybe he needs to look up a kid he suspects he has but didn't father. Maybe he'll use his deadly skills again but, what would be a good enough reason now?

Also kind of interested in playing an intelligent/communicative animal, after playing a corvid for Stan. Should just land that bird in some other world and keep going with him.
