Phone Apps

Need various phone apps and wonder what people recommend.

One would be a useful document scanner with some basic options for editing.

Another would be weather. Recent "upgrades" spoiling the one I had liked.

Some kind of time tracker that helps categorize how much of each day you're spending on what - but you need to be able to use VTT.

How about a good grocery list one? I was using Google Keep, which I really like, but for some reason it started working incredibly slowly.
