hmm, was going to say military drone strikes, but I think it'll eventually get scary if/when awful-people gain similar technology and attack the US with it.
So I'll go with car accidents. I know riding horses have risks, but I doubt if everyone did it we'd get local stories every day of deaths and injuries. Dunno
