As for drug test for people on welfare...
Wasn't there something in Arizona where this was done. Turns out that it caught only few out of hundred thousands? We are talking approximately 1 out of ten thousand people. .01 percent hit, basically. What is the return on investment here? Lot of decent people in hard times who have to give up time in the day to take drug tests for what?
