I read the adventure and then decided that I need to wait until they're higher level. If they're just 4th level- this is a definite kill scenario. I think I'll find a way to run it when they're at 6th or 7th. I'll start laying the seeds now by introducing the character that's opening a new mine in the mountains. Get them invested in them, then spring it later as an easy sidequest.
