Are there a bunch of stores in this industry, or ... lots of other stores period ... that aren't like this?
The national stores located in predominantly non-white ZIP codes in my area include... Hmm.... Still working on that. Pretty sure we got Walgreens and CVS. Pretty sure there are at least a few Bank branches, but not so many. Gas stations. Are Dollar Tree and Dollar General both National brands?

I don't know where you live, but I have seen Dollar Trees and Dollar general all over the south east.
