Guess the Pixelated Costume!

Okay, I've found a picture on the internet of someone in cosplay. I've then pixelated the picture, like they were in a retro video game. Now you have to guess the costume. Once it is guessed, I'll post the original picture. Hints will be given if you get stuck.

I did "search Google for Image" option in Chrome. The original image came up.
