Really feel like the broccoli totwaffle with ketchup smeared all over it is the best totwaffle. And that's saying something because the ones with maple syrup are just so freaking good! But seriously, on your next shopping order, get some packages of broccoli tots and fix yourself up a totwaffle. One package of broccoli tots makes two totwaffles.

And you probably should get some plain tater tots for a totwaffle to eat with syrup so you have a basis for proper comparison.

I used to sing that song to my kids, all the verses, when they were babies and I wanted them to sleep. I love it. It's a very non-Southern song, is it not? Even when you're not doing the John Brown version, which of course, I did as well!

Anyway, I don't think you'll regret the totwaffle. Everyone here gave me the skeptical eyebrow and then ... then their faces Changed to amazed delight. Oh yes.

My problem is that I have all of the ingredients for my tot waffles, but I have no waffle iron. I mean, maybe I could use a panini press, but I don't have one of those either. I threw a handful of tots into the toaster (don't worry, it's one of those four-slicer, wide slot jobs), and pushed the "frozen" button that we use for Eggo's, but the results look nothing like the pictures. I'm really at a loss.
