No offense, Kyle, but you have no idea what this is... uh... oh yeah.

For what it's worth, I at least had an hour to walk around my house and figure out what I ought to save in case it all washed away. Turns out, there wasn't much that was important.

We left him in his own apartment, since he was outside the evacuation zone, but then his building packed up and moved out anyway. We can't get to him, but he's safe. Wish we'd been able to go get him this morning.

I expect we are going to have flooding here with the snow melt this year. We live on the side of a very big cliff so the house isn't in danger, but my mom lives right on the river. Fingers crossed for everyone, I can not begin to imagine...

Good morning!

We've got some areas not far from us that have bad flooding. There are a couple roads in town that are closed because of flooding, and the village park and play ground are underwater and will need some cleaning up. But the only risk to our house is the usual trickle of water coming into the basement and the sump pump running on a frequent basis.
Wash: "This is gonna get pretty interesting."
Mal: "Define interesting."
Wash: "Oh, God, oh, God, we're all gonna die?"
