Terrorism needs a new name or definition.
FBI's definition is ~violence to intimidate or coerce for societal or political objectives.
How about Intimidatorism?
Terrorism should be as simple as it's name. Acts which incite terror.

I guess i don't see the benefit in lumping the Vegas spree shooter with Timothy McVeigh, they are completely different animals.
