I even mocked up a board to test Mike's new goalllll areaaaaaaa idea. I mean, it's not nearly as pretty as his, and I can bring the other one back pretty quickly...but I diiiiiiid iiiiiiit!

You should have seen what Poseidon did to the goal area near Hermes. Pic will be forthcoming.

Also, there was one round where... Hermes hero got KO'd by spear of Poseidon (free shove/KO), then Poseidon Hero get to do a 3-hex throw for free, move for free, and rest. Worst part is, Poseidon hero got to stand between the center and KO'd hero that is basically health-depleted.

Ouch.

so yeah, I think Poseidon is skoosh a bit too strong.

Poseidon is overpowered...but I think, more importantly right now, he's less interesting. He's one note, and it's a crazy strong note, but it's not that entertaining to play. I think we can come up with some more interesting terrain manipulation cards that actual make Poseidon less powerful, but more fun.

At one point, it was clear that it might be possible for me to KO Hermes hero four rounds in a row. At least. That doesn't seem like a very fun way of going around with dueling. Poseidon actually felt a little dull, need a little more variety somewhere.

If still going with terrain themes, I think it need to be more playful, and perhaps more colorful. Keep KO, but get some kind of funny "exchanges" for it, maybe? Who knows.
