I would say subtract the current worth from the worth after enhancement. Half of that number would be the amount of gold and materials necessary to enchant the item to the new power level. I am not, however, the GM.

I'm going to be missing the anniversary! I had to schedule a rehearsal on Thursday night. Not by choice. We only have three available times before our two week run in December, so I have to do it. I'll hop on if we finish up early and I can get home in time.
