That's so cool to hear!

I think the whole concept and flavor of Forbidden Island makes it very immediate and suspenseful. I mean c'mon... the island is sinking! That pressure adds an intensity that I imagine works really well for younger kids. So cool.

I bought this about a month ago 'cause I thought my kids (8, 7, and 7) might like it, and they do. This is the first game that they've been really into--we've played it about 5 times since the weekend. And they want to play more.

I'm so proud that I'm initiating them into the gaming cult. I hope it lasts.
