That's how people explain The Belko Experiment. I learned a long time ago that this method of "(film) meets (film)" is how a LOT of movies are pitched. Or "It's (film) but (different location)".
"Magnificent Sevens meets Reservoir Dogs" = Hateful 8
"It's Die Hard, but on a bus/plane/submarine" = Speed/Passenger 57/Under Siege
So what's a combination you'd be super interested in seeing? Belko is a great kickoff point because it crosses two genres that are pretty outside of the box.
