I'm working on a Twine game (a text-based game) for a game writing workshop I'm in. As some of y'all may know I've working to break in as a video game writer. I've got a VERY rough draft of the first section of this game and before I go too much farther I'm looking for feedback / play testers.
If you have time, please give the game a shot here:

And provide me some feedback at this Google Form here:

Play Testers Needed
Re: Play Testers Needed
I tried to run it on a work computer. I got a fatal error...probably from some sort of restrictions.
"Yay! I'm for the other team."
Re: Play Testers Needed
Works for me. I will try this later today. Is there a deadline for feedback?
Any time the solution is "banjo rifle", I'm in 100%.
Re: Play Testers Needed
I played and sent feedback yesterday.
Re: Play Testers Needed
Thanks everyone!
I'll likely have a new iteration and seek feedback from those willing to try again in about two weeks.
I'm putting it down for a few days and planning to tackle rewrites and writing the next section next week. So at this phase, it'd be helpful to get it before Monday morning if possible.

So just to share what happened with all of this, I ended up getting feedback from the teacher that this project was a bit out of scope for the workshop and while I resisted that at first (she had given me that earlier on too) I finally saw the light and switched to a smaller scale project. The workshop ended this past weekend and here is my final (ish) project, an improv show simulator:
Long Form : A Short Game

It doesn't really work on mobile. I have a couple of things I may add to this but as far as I know it works well enough and I think it's okay enough for me to say it's 'done', at least done for now and an okay portfolio piece until I have something better.

Re: Play Testers Needed
Hey if anyone wants to give me some feedback on a visual novel I'm working on, I'd appreciate it. It's for a game jam that ends this month, so quick feedback is appreciated, the game is about 15 minutes long (if you don't listen to all the audio logs on the main menu). I may be turning this into a bigger experience but still a demo, and then possibly into a full game down the line, but for now just focusing on doing as much as I can for the game jam, so even if you can't give feedback before the end of the month I could possibly use it down the line.

Same stipulations as before that it doesn't really work on mobile (but may work on a tablet), and you have to maximize it to full screen. Some functionality like quitting the game, saving and loading, doesn't work in its current browser based state.

Chalk another one up for Lloyd Braun.
I did another game jam and made another game, and this time I did everything myself. Which means I spent 10 of the 12 days making the art and it turned out to be more of a digital art experience than a game, but I'm still super proud of it:
