OMG the physics class with instrument creation sounds absolutely AMAZING!!!!! I am too slow to get these updates.

Not only are my two oldest kids on my cell phone plan (none for the youngest yet - he is already sufficiently mind-melded with the machines), but my PARENTS are on my cell phone plan. Bwahahaha!

OMG I love the Chicken Boo song. I sing it all the time and nobody knows what the heck is going on except the husband, and he ain't telling. Why does mom "sing" this idiot song about a chicken who wants to be a man? Nobody knows!!! Good lyrics can be subbed in when you're cracking eggs and anticipating eating the ... chicken product.

Oh Lord the rabbity anxiety feelings; today they demand to know if anybody who has had covid started with a bad runny nose. The reason part of the brain says yes, Yes they have, along with 20 other symptoms. If you're really that worried about it you could just go get a test. The rabbit part doesn't like to hear any of it.

It’s a good morning. My second oldest is hopefully getting his second negative test this morning (he got one yesterday too). If so, he can go back to his job at the hospital, which desperately needs him. Cross your fingers for him! He’s so bored not working.

My team's offices are located in a state hospital. We don't work for them, but they are part of our clientele. We also are classified as essential workers. As a result, an administrator came to us yesterday, and said that they were getting some of the Pfizer vaccine for essential workers in the hospital, and do we want it. So I'm getting a vaccination as soon as it comes in.

Good morning. My daughter's roommate has told her that she can no longer afford their apartment and is looking for someone else to take over her half of the lease. We expected this would happen when they first signed the lease together. We'll probably end up covering her half of the rent and just letting our daughter have an apartment to herself until the lease is up.

They're 20-21 years old, and we fully expected this outcome when we agreed to cosign on the lease for them. So while it's not ideal, we're fortunate enough to be able to afford it. And now my daughter will get the bigger bedroom and the indoor parking spot, things her roommate took when she moved into the apartment first.

If she can find one she likes and gets along with, that would be great. But I'd be fine with her living alone for the rest of the lease. She lived alone for the last 2 years, so we were surprised she wanted to have a roommate this time.

Again, you're not contagious ten days after the onset of symptoms if you've been fever free for 24 hours. So it depends on the timing. But it still would have been nice to know.
