There is a place in Colorado called Beaver Creek.
In Beaver Creek is a liquor store.
It is named after both its place and function, as all good stores are.
The place, is first, as you would expect. And shortened so that it it is easy to remember.
The function, as you expect, is second, again shortened to only describe the hard alcohol involved.

Just off of Hwy 16 in Buffalo, WY (pop 4400), runs Crazy Woman Creek. And naturally, right at the bend of the highway, placed so that you get to stare at the storefront for the long approach, is the similarly named Crazy Woman Liquors.

Great game last night. I wanted Philadelphia to win, but I like both teams and I really like both quarterbacks, so I'm not upset with KC's win and Mahomes's MVP. It was just an awesome game that came down to the last 10 seconds. So great.
