Every 50th reply, the next time-to-post time shrinks one hour, until if/when it reaches 1 hour, at which point it decreases in 10 minute increments, until if/when it reaches 10 minutes at which point it decreases in minute increments, until if/when it reaches 1 minute at which point it stays at 1 minute until there's a winner.

But for now, a way to remember is 25 hours minus the thread page (as long as it's set to paginate at 50).

24 hours to post reply to post 1-50 (page 1)
23 hours to post reply to post 51-100 (page 2)
22 hours to post reply to post 101-150 (page 3)

I did some quick math so could be wrong but seems at the longest, this thread would take 571 days to reach the 1 minute mark, so it could never beat the 2016-1019 thread. Might be down to 565 days now.

I'll be 1900 posts before we get to minute 1, which I know won't happen but would get it to third all-time
