Heardle
Heardle
This is not really fair. I don't think I can do this in any fairness. This is easier for me than things like forming sentences to speak aloud.

Aha! Finally found one I couldn't get until they started playing the main portion of the song. I don't think it's too much of a spoiler to say that's because I don't listen to this s*** at all, ugh. Once they got to a slice I might hear instantaneously on the radio, my next step would be to push the button, goodbye!

Okay, it took me a while to figure out what I was doing, but this was a fun change.

Same for #12. I discovered on that one you should search via the artist instead of the song title first, as I lost a second by doubting myself when the song title didn't come up in the search box - maybe punctuation related. Do not doubt yourself, self. How would you be wrong about this? Anyway, in that small way the experience was reassuring, but the overall experience of doing this makes me feel bad because I'm not "guessing" so much as responding like an automaton, and then I feel even more like a robot whose vaguely human parts don't function so well. With the word games, there's a randomness because there are multiple possible answers and you can guess the wrong one or not even think of one of the combinations. Or with the geography one there are several different countries that might be a darker red? It's more of a fun game experience.

Two team! This could have been hundreds of songs, but since it seems to keep to popular songs only from this century, I was pretty confident that the answer was prob my favorite song of this artist and one of maybe 5 songs I know from the year in question.

Tried again, felt existential angst. For real, what the hell is even wrong with me?

Woohoo

Re: Heardle
Must be humbling for a musical genius, dj, music connoisseur, and drummer/beat maker to get this on try 5
Re: Heardle
This sometimes happens when you listen to a song on the radio and they cut off the intro prior to singing. But still -- the intro sound in this one repeats later?
